Rechtsanwalt Professor Dr. Schwintowski supports our clients and colleagues with scientific and experienced advice. In his VVG Commentary on insurance contract law he was assisted by partners and authors Ms Rechtsanwältin Pagel and Mr Rechtsanwalt Michaelis, both of course also qualified in insurance law.
Among our further partners are Rechtsanwalt Dr. Freitag (specialized in labour law); Rechtsanwalt Krohn as well as Rechtsanwalt Michaelis are Masters of Insurance Laws (LL.M.). Rechtsanwalt Michaelis, moreover, is lecturer in insurance law at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Sales and contract law is the preference of Rechtsanwalt Oliver Timmermann. He is a seasoned expert in the comprehensive legal support of insurance brokers. Naturally, this covers liability or insurance law for the customers of our clients.
We are equally proud of our cooperation with our experienced consultant in pension matters, Markus Kirner. Company pension plans, pension regulations and defined benefits are his specialty. You will notice that right away.
